It is an important transportation hub on the Mumbai Suburban Railway network, serving both local and long-distance train services. Vasai Road Station also serves as a stop for several long-distance trains, making it an important railway junction in the region.. Cleanliness is an issue. Western railway need to keep an eye on cleaning most of the station in western line to mark upto the standard.

It is one of the busiest station in district. There are escalators and elevator in between so easy for going up and down . There is a bus stop just outside platform no 2 and 2 min walk there is a rickshaw stand on both side. But the place is accident prone bcoz passengers try to cross through railway line. It is clean station.

The Vasai Railway Station is one of the few well maintained Station in the Suburban Line. The Railway Station is quite clean and well maintained. The platforms are clean. The vicinity of the Railway Station is well maintained too. Food stalls are available at few platforms and the quality of food is decent. Escalators and foot over bridges are there for easy access to one platform to another. Toilets are set up which are well maintained. Even after being the main Station, it is usually not that crowded except during the peak hours. Public transport services like busses and rickshaws are easily available once you step out of the Railway Station. Thank you..!
